Sharad Pawar inclined to stick to decision: Close aides

Sharad Pawar is inclined to stick to his decision to quit as NCP chief though he has asked for a few days to do a rethink after party leaders and activists refused to accept his resignation on Tuesday, people close to the NCP founder said. "He is serious and unlikely to walk back on his decision even though there will be enormous pressure to him from across the rank and file of the party to do so," said one of them.
