Quad summit cancelled, but PM's Australia visit is on

PM Narendra Modi will go ahead with his visit to Australia even as PM Anthony Albanese announced on Wednesday the cancellation of the Quad summit next week in Sydney, as protracted negotiations over the US reaching the federal debt limit forced President Joe Biden to focus on the crisis at home.
