Top Naxal Dinesh Gope absconding for two decades held in Delhi

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Sunday arrested Dinesh Gope, the self-styled head of proscribed Naxal outfit People's Liberation Front of India (PLFI) and an accused in over 100 criminal cases across three states, in Delhi.
