Unable to pay 'Rs 1,000 bribe', woman delivers baby on road

A 25-year-old woman, wife of a daily-wager, who was allegedly unable to pay a "bribe of Rs 1,000" and thereafter denied admission to a local community health centre (CHC), was forced to deliver her baby on the road in Iglas area of Aligarh district.
