Fix accountability for terror aid, India says while Pakistan skips meet

India on Friday called upon the eight member states of the SCO to collectively work towards eliminating terrorism in all its forms, and fix accountability on those who aid or fund such activities, even as Pakistan defence minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif skipped the meeting.
