The State Investigation Agency (SIA) in Kashmir has filed a chargesheet against three individuals in a terror funding case. The accused include a Pakistan-based terrorist handler and two residents of Srinagar. The duo from Srinagar allegedly raised funds from Saudi Arabia and Oman as part of a conspiracy with the terrorist handler.
