"Canada has taken role of how Pakistan used to be earlier": Congress MP

Congress MP Ravneet Singh Bittu has accused Canada of taking on the role that Pakistan used to have in the diplomatic crisis between India and Canada. Bittu stated that PM Modi has assured him that the Indian students in Canada will be taken care of. Tensions between the two countries escalated after Canadian PM Justin Trudeau alleged that the Indian government was behind the fatal shooting of Khalistani terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar.
