2 collegium members block CJI move to elevate 4 judges to Supreme Court

The CJI UU Lalit-led collegium is unlikely to recommend any name to the Union government for filling four vacanct posts for Supreme Court judges as two members of the five-member body have opposed the CJI’s attempt to seek approval of four names by circulating a written proposal.
