Court can adjudicate on historical wrong: Kashi temple lawyer

After hearing a petition filed by Varanasi’s Anjuman Intezamia Masajid (AIM)—the Gyanvapi mosque management committee—and other connected matters, Justice Prakash Padia adjourned the hearing of the case till July 15. The original suit was filed in the Varanasi district court in 1991.
