Lavrov: Will bypass sanctions to supply any goods to India

Even as Russian foreign minister Sergey Lavrov appreciated India’s position on Ukraine as being based on an understanding of the issue in its entirety and not a one-sided view, his counterpart S Jaishankar reiterated in their meeting that differences and disputes should be resolved through dialogue and diplomacy and also with respect for international law, UN Charter, sovereignty and territorial integrity of states.
