Centre blocked ration plan in Delhi, but can’t stop in Punjab: Arvind Kejriwal

On a day when Punjab chief minister Bhagwant Mann announced doorstep delivery of ration in Punjab so that the poor don’t have to stand in queues, AAP’s national convener and chief minister of Delhi, Arvind Kejriwal, said “no force on earth can stop an idea whose time has come.”
