According to the health ministry’s suggested amendment, if a student with over 80% locomotor disability got selected, their functional competency would be determined with the aid of assistive devices. These and several other recommendations of the ministry on determining eligibility of candidates with various disabilities were agreed to in a meeting chaired by an additional secretary on August 17, 2018
